Questions about plans
What happens if I have more than 50 wines on Starter?
Your existing wines stay in place and you can keep adding and writing off bottles of those wines. Only adding a new, additional wine requires an upgrade to Pro or Premium.
What are sommelier questions?
Every question the AI sommelier answers, in the web app or on WhatsApp, counts as one sommelier question. Each plan has a monthly allowance; you can see your usage in your account and it resets every month.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. You cancel via the billing portal in your account. You keep all features until the end of the paid period and then automatically fall back to Starter. Your data is kept.
How do I pay?
Via Stripe, with iDEAL, credit card or another method supported by Stripe. Invoices are available in the billing portal.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Stripe prorates the difference.
Have a promo code?
Enter it at checkout. Discounts apply to Pro and Premium and are processed directly by Stripe.
