Link your number with ownership verification
You link your phone number yourself in a minute. In your account choose WhatsApp, enter your number and receive a one-time code. Send it from your phone to the Wijnfeld number with a single tap. Because the message comes from your own number and is signed by Meta, it is certain the number is yours. Messages from unlinked numbers are never answered and never get access to cellar data.
Facts from your cellar, not from the AI's memory
For every question about ownership, quantities, location, price or drinking window the sommelier uses controlled functions that return only your data. It does not invent stock or vintages. It only writes off a bottle if you say unambiguously that it was drunk; when in doubt it first asks which wine you mean.
What does it cost?
WhatsApp messages and AI answers cost money. That is why every plan includes a monthly number of sommelier questions for web app and WhatsApp combined: Starter 20, Pro 300 and Premium 1,000. You see your usage in the web app and the counter resets every month.
Privacy
Messages go through Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API. Wijnfeld only stores messages from linked numbers to give the conversation context. You can unlink your number at any time.

How do I link my WhatsApp number to Wijnfeld?
In your account go to WhatsApp, enter your number and send the one-time code from your phone to the Wijnfeld number. The link is active as soon as the message arrives.
Can someone else read my cellar via WhatsApp?
No. Only numbers linked to your account via the verification code get answers. Other numbers are ignored.
Is the WhatsApp sommelier free?
The Starter plan includes 20 sommelier questions per month for web app and WhatsApp combined. Pro and Premium include more.
