Burchino is a Tuscan producer whose Chianti Superiore follows the region’s traditional, food-friendly direction. Chianti is closely associated with Sangiovese, a grape valued for its freshness, red-fruit character and savoury herbal edge. Local varieties such as Canaiolo Nero and Ciliegiolo can add perfume and softness to the blend.
