San Silvestro ist ein Erzeuger aus dem Piemont mit Wurzeln im Barolo-Gebiet und einem Schwerpunkt auf den klassischen Rebsorten und Herkunftsbezeichnungen der Region. Die Baroli des Hauses betonen die Duftigkeit, Spannung und Reifefähigkeit der Nebbiolo-Traube. Die kalk- und tonhaltigen Hügel der Langhe prägen den Charakter dieser Weine wesentlich.
