About this wine

Bollinger Special Cuvée is a dry, gastronomic Champagne with a creamy mousse and considerable depth. Ripe apple and citrus are joined by brioche, toasted hazelnut and subtle spice, while high acidity keeps its generous character in balance. The blend usually combines Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, so the exact proportions may vary between releases.
