Facts about the wine
About this wine
Neropasso Veneto Rosso is a full, smooth red made in an approachable appassimento-inspired style, with part of the grapes dried to build concentration. Corvina and Corvinone bring cherry fruit and character, while Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon add roundness, dark fruit and structure. Expect ripe flavours, a gently sweet-fruited impression, lively acidity and supple tannins; the exact balance may vary by vintage.

The house makes wines in a recognisable, approachable style, often using local varieties such as Corvina. Neropasso is one of its best-known Veneto blends and draws on the region’s grape-drying tradition.
