About this wine

This Chinon Rouge from Château de la Grille is a dry, medium-bodied Cabernet Franc with ripe fruit at its core. Blackcurrant, cherry and violet notes are joined by herbal spice, an earthy touch and supple to moderately firm tannins. Its relatively gentle acidity and 14% alcohol give a rounded, warm impression, although the balance can vary with the vintage.
